Sports Therapy Massage at Auckland Therapeutic Massage and Sports Events around the country.
We do love our urban training warriors, but Carmen loves nothing more than to get on out and amongst it !

Below are some of the events I have participated in or massaged at (or both )  over the years and will continue to attend! Sports massage therapy is the perfect way to unwind and recover after a big effort and have a bit of a catch up with the therapist to hear what else has been happening on the day (nobody has the lowdown as much as the massage tent !).

So if you are planning to take part in one of them (you are highly encouraged) let me know and I will look out for you at the finish line ! It’s always nice to see a friendly face in the massage tent after a gruelling day out on the track 🙂
