We are taking extra measures to keep you safe during COVID-19 . We require you to please scan our QR code at the clinic and wear a mask in public areas indoors.

Thorough cleaning protocols are in place and disposables are used wherever possible.

We are using your booking information for manual contact tracing purposes where needed. We strongly encourage all our clients to be vaccinated, as we have an obligation under the Health and Safety at Work Act to keep our staff and clients safe and to mitigate risk where possible. All staff are fully vaccinated and will be wearing a mask anywhere indoors, including in treatment rooms.

We will use our online booking system for contract tracing purposes during this time. To do this, we will add the time of your arrival and departure to your client record.

We have a few changes to our set up to keep you safe during COVID, including:

– reduced daily capacity to have fewer people in waiting area
– contactless payment by paywave or bank transfer
– Encourage clients to take lift up, but walk stairs down where possible
– contact tracing ability via online booking system
– Increased cleaning : even more disposables around the set up of our massage table (especially around the face) , even more alcohol based cleaner, additional cleaning of chairs, door handles and other areas after each client, even more hand washing and changing into work clothes on arrival at clinic
– therapists will be wearing masks , ventilate room between clients

We would also like to ask you to NOT come into the clinic at this time, if you :

• feel unwell
• have been abroad in the last month
• have had contact with an active COVID 19 case
• have any other reason you may suspect having been exposed to COVID 19

Symptoms to watch our for are :

• a new or worsening cough
• a high temperature (at least 38°C)
• shortness of breath
• sore throat
• sneezing and runny nose
• temporary loss of smell.
