Welcome to Auckland Therapeutic and Sports Massage. As a visitor to our clinic or one of our websites (www.aucklandtherapeuticmassage.co.nz, www.aucklandsportsmassage.co.nz or aucklandcorporatemassage.co.nz) you indicate agreement to the following terms and conditions:
Cancellation fees : A cancellation fee may be charged if your booking is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. We reserve the right to charge full price for no show appointments.
Refunds: Refunds for products or gift vouchers are available within a reasonable time frame of 12 months and after that at our discretion. Please email us to discuss details info@aucklandtherapeuticmassage.co.nz or see further information at Consumer Protection NZ
Website use: The content of websites linked to our website or links from our website do not necessarily represent our view or represent endorsement. We assume no responsibility for content, privacy policies or practices of other websites connected to us, such as our online booking engine, payment provider or social media operators. Please see our privacy policy for further details.
Visits to our clinic: Please arrive in time to fill out a new client form, if you have not been to us before. You can also fill this in online, in which case you will accept there to be no signature on your form.
Health and Safety: Do not attend your appointment while knowingly carrying a communicable disease of any kind (for example COVID-19 , see our health check form here). All treatments are performed in accordance with our Code of Standards and Ethics .
Contractors: Some of our therapists are contractors to our business and operate as self-employed individuals. Any professional liability lies with the individual contractor.
Corporate massage visits: Our policies and standards extend to our corporate visits in the same way as in clinic visits. We may at times replace written health and safety checks with verbal checks.

Complaints procedure: We take feedback and complaints very seriously and invite contact from our clients by email or phone in the first instance. The Health and Disability Commission oversees complaints about all health services in New Zealand. “Health services” are defined in the Act, and health service providers include all registered health professionals, such as doctors, nurses, and dentists. Providers also include persons who hold themselves out as providing health services that may be considered outside the mainstream of medical practice, such as naturopaths, homeopaths, and acupuncturists.
