Newsletter April – specials galore !!!

So it has been another riveting month on the sports massage front : Our client Tracy is doing Marathon des Sables , an incredible 5 day, 250 km running race in the Sahara (sounds appealing right now ?) , Darryl has won the Hawkes Bay cycling Tour (though he humbly adds it was the B grade – hey , I say a win is a win ! Congrats! ) and me and my friends from the Coromandel did the Otago Rail Trail. Phew , busy ! We have seen some very sore bodies –  but none of them complained. In fact I would confidently say, they all had a huge smile on their face afterwards. Blessed to do the things we love and blessed to have a massage afterwards 🙂

Have you heard:  As you may know, we love the Coromandel ! Check out the Surf2Firth   Starting half way up between Thames and Tairua and ending all the way back in Thames. Epic bush, rugged and technical – but oh so worth it !
